Chloe Louise Hoadley 4th April 2006 -15th February 2007 (10 months and 11 days) In ever loving memory of our beautiful, bright little star who lost her brave fight for life two very sad years ago to pneumococcal meningitis. Dearly missed and loved by so many, she brought great joy into our lives. Chloe will forever be in our hearts and minds. Twinkle twinkle little star, we will always love you no matter where you are. Now playing with the angels, sweet dreams 'sleepy dumpling'. All our Love always Mummy & Daddy, Nanny & Grandad, Uncle David and Aunty Louise & Uncle Danny XX xxxxx
