JAKE LEWIS CHAPMAN 31-07-1995 - 27-12-2009 Sadly on Sunday 27th December 2009 our handsome baby boy "Jake" was killed in a very tragic accident. He was a very loving son and brother who would do anything for anyone. He had a heart of gold and lived his short life to the full and will be very sadly missed. God Bless you Jake - forever in our hearts and thoughts Mum, Dad, Gemma and Lee xxxx Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Baldock, 11th January 2010 at 2pm followed by Cremation at Stopsley Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations to Headway Baldock, c/o E.H. Crouch, 23a Hitchin Street, Baldock SG7 6AQ. Tel: 01462 893191

    jake, when i first saw you you was making me laugh to the full !

    and the jokes have not stopped ! in your short life . its always the ones with the heart of gold who everybody loves , who get taken from us first .

    i'd do anything just to hear your voice,to see your smile,to feel your hug.

    i still can't come to deleting your number in my phone.

    each phone i get your always the first i add in .

    i know now im not going to get a text ,or a phone call. but i dream it . when i first found out you were gone i did nothing but cry my self to sleep at night .

    i mis you man !!

    We love and miss you so much. Not just a son, but a brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

    We are completing a parachute jump in your memory on 31st July in your memory to raise money for the Headway Charity.

    In the evening, we are hoping to light some lanterns for you.
