EVANS Dorothy Cecelia (née Cooke). Formerly of Formby, Lancashire. Passed away peacefully in the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, Exeter with her family in attendance on Saturday 16th January 2010. Sadly missed and very much loved by Francois, Stephen, Ashley, Jonathan, Sara, her 8 grandchildren, family and friends. A Requiem Mass will be held in St Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Ottery St Mary on Friday 29th January at 10.30am, followed by private cremation. No flowers please, but donations if desired to the 'National Amyloidosis Centre' C/o F J Luxton & Son, Funeral Directors, Ottery St Mary EX11 1BE
