SMITH Robin. Passed away in the St. Elizabeth Hospice, on January 24, 2010, aged 74 years. Beloved husband of Yvonne and also a much loved dad, father-in-law, grandad and great grandad. Funeral service at St. Michaels Church, Brantham, on Tuesday, February 9, at 2.15 p.m. followed by cremation. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to Heartbeat or the St. Elizabeth Hospice may be sent to the East of England Co-operative Funeral Service, 47 St. Helen's Street, Ipswich IP4 2JL.

    How can I sum up your personality, in such a short space.

    You are a person, who I proudly call my Uncle.

    You are funny, considerate and compassionate person.

    I have not been in England for 30 years. My memories of you are clear and strong.

    You are the type of person that would befriend, a room full of total strangers.

    You will be missed but hold a strong and current place in my heart.

    I would be so proud if both Daniel and Nathan, turn out to be a person of your nature.
