SMITH Peacefully in Ipswich Hospital, on March 4, 2010 after a long illness, bravely borne, Christine Teresa, aged 56 years. Much loved mum of Catherine and Carl and a loving partner to John. Funeral Service at Ipswich Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at 10.15 a.m. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired to St Elizabeth Hospice or Cancer Research UK may be sent c/o Meredith Greengrass Funeral Service, 9 Marriotts Walk, Stowmarket, IP14 1AF.
