RATCLIFFE GUY NICHOLAS Died peacefully 29th March 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital, Isles of Scilly. Loved husband of Mary, father of Giles, Sam/Jason and Daniel and grandfather of Emily, William, Matthew, Ella and George. A gifted musician who shared that gift with many and is now at peace with Christ. Thanksgiving service at Old Town Church St. Mary's, Tuesday 6th April, 12 noon. Donations to Shelter Box and Sarah Matheson Trust for Multiple System Atrophy.

    Our eldest son Mark has sent just us a copy of the obituary in the Scillonian. We now live near Hexham in Northumberland.

    Margret and Guy Jacot are very sorry to learn the sad news. You and your sons are very much in our prayers.

    Guy helped to nurture Mark, Frank and Kevin's love of classical music.

    We have fond memories of happy musical times together, in March during the 1960s (Elijah et al.)and in Cambridge, 1970s, County Youth Orchestra.
