COOPER Francis (Frank) Cooper CEng MIMechE of Welwyn passed away on March 27, aged 83. Loving husband of Eve, father of Hilary, Madeleine and Daphne. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service on Monday, April 12, 2.45pm at Harwood Park Crematorium. Family flowers only.
