LEWIS Jackie, of Ottery St Mary, Passed away peacefully on 21st May 2010 after a brave battle with Huntington's Disease, She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held in The Exeter and Devon Crematorium on 21st June at 11.30am in St Peter's chapel. Family flowers only, but donations maybe sent for 'Ottery St Mary Help Scheme' c/o F J Luxtons & Son, Funeral Directors, Ottery St Mary, EX11 1BE
