Report this message By Jean Hudson on 29th Jun 2010Graham was an extremely skilled chiropractor - my husband, myself and our son in law can all vouch for that. He was also terrific fun. I first met him and Liz in Luton when he was just starting out in chiropractic and they were expecting their first baby. They came to my NCT classes and later I asked Graham and another new dad if they would lead the group of prospective fathers to discuss childbirth from the male point of view. This was a huge success - lots of laughs as you can imagine, but voted most worthwhile by the groups of new dads.
We live near Taunton now and coincidentally a friend here works for Tim Jay, a local chiropractor. She also phoned me to tell me the sad news.
So -Liz, Peter and Corrie, good memories for me and my family. We think of you at this difficult time.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to Graham's family, friends and colleagues alike. It was with great shock and sadness when I heard the news. I was a client of his for over 20 years, I first saw him when I was 15! Even when I moved to Ireland he would always manage to fit me in whenever I was over. I often tried to find a chiropractor who was nearer to me but to no avail, there was and is no other chiropractor like him. He was a lovely, funny guy who always made you laugh and even though I never met his family when I would comment on his photos he would speak very proudly of them. May he rest in peace and my heart goes out to his wife and two children. xxxx
Report this message By Natasha Morley on 21st Jun 2010Words cannot express the loss I feel at such devestating news.....to me Graham was originally my boss, but he became such an important part of my life. He was my complete inspiration. He supported me through training and made me the practitioner i am today...without you i would not be the person i am today...I am a better person for having you in my life.
Graham became part of my family and his family will continue to be held in that sense. Lizzie, no words can express how i feel for you at this time, I will always be here for you. Peter and Corrie, you made your Dad soooo proud.
I will never be the same without you but your legacy and friendship will forever remain..RIP xxxxxxxxxxxx
Report this message By Neil and Rosemary Folker on 18th Jun 2010We were best of friends for many years. Despite a falling out and our friendship ending, we still remember the good times with Graham and Lizzie. Graham's wicked sense of humour and fun loving nature made him good fun to be with and we never stopped loving him despite our differences. We shared a short time over coffee a few years ago and exchanged pleasantries and jokes. Our friendship was never rekindled but that doesn't alter the time we shared and for that, we thank you Graham and Lizzie. We never stopped caring for you both and our thoughts are with you Lizzie and Peter and Corrie at this sad time.
Report this message By Kevin Proudman on 16th Jun 2010I remember so well, Graham was the first person I met at the Anglo European College 33 years ago. We were from that day firm friends. Graham told me how he came to be interested in Chiropractic. His father had been injured in an accident and was quadriplegic. He had gone to a Chiropractor and initially regained his sense of smell and then gradually the use of his right arm. Because of this he was able to drive a car and also to take up archery and compete in the disabled Olympics (and I believe win a medal). Graham was outstanding at the academic side of Chiropractic and was also very involved in the politics, becoming the student union president. Graham never stopped studying and serving the profession. Over the years we kept in touch, meeting at seminars and conferences and often talking on the telephone. I went on two of the ski ergonomics trips which he loved and arranged with Matt Bennett. I spoke to Graham a week before he died and we tentatively arranged that he would come down to Portugal and play some golf. Graham was so proud of his children Peter and Corrie. His untimely passing is a great loss for Lizzie, Corrie and Peter, for me and all his other friends and also for the Chiropractic profession in the United Kingdom.
Report this message By Paul Brown on 14th Jun 2010Graham has been treating my back for 27 years, since the early days at Arundel Road, and I was shocked and saddened by the recent news. I always looked forward to my regular treatments, not only to relieve the back pain, but because Graham was always full of fun and we enjoyed our conversations. I didn't know Graham's family, apart from the photo's on his desk, but I know the pain they must be suffering at this sad time and my thoughts are with them.
God bless you Graham.
