VOKALEK-Ewa Jadwiga, aged 86, died peacefully in hospital on 22nd June after a short illness. She will be sorely missed by all her many friends and family. Thanksgiving Service at 11am on Friday 2nd July at the St Marylebone Crematorium, East Finchley, London N2. No flowers please but donations to the Whittington Hospital Charitable Fund, 020 7288 5641
