WALKER JAYNE (nee Halford), passed away at home with her family in the early hours of August 28th after a short Illness bravely borne, aged 28 years. Loving wife to Scott, devoted mummy to Maddic and Esha, precious daughter to Peter and Elizabeth, beautiful sister to Lynsey (deceased) and Gavin. We will miss you so much honey, can't believe you have been taken away from us so early…You have not only changed my life but everyone who met you… You are truly an amazing girl, wife and mummy to Maddic and Esha. Family flowers only however donations if desired to be made payable to the Big C and sent c/o Gordon Barber Funeral Home, 317 Aylsham Road, Norwich, NR3 2AB.
