JOAN CARTER 18.07.1937 - 29.12.2020 Passed away peacefully at home aged 83 years and will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Due to Covid restrictions, a funeral service for immediate family only will take place at The Vale Crematorium, Stopsley on Monday 18th January at 12pm.
