THOMAS EDWARD TWITE (Tom) Passed away peacefully on April 18th, 2020, following a short illness, aged 97 years. His passing was peaceful and without stress. A true soldier to the end and was proud to have received the 75th Anniversary VE day medal just prior to his death. Tom was a retired WW2 veteran of the Coldstream Guards and local farmer formerly of Tittleshall and resident of Dereham for over 30 years. He was married to Joyce for 67 years who predeceased him in 2014. His life has been well documented in the EDP and was full of adventure and fun, a much loved uncle and cherished by all his family and friends. A private cremation will take place at Mintlyn Crematorium, Kings Lynn on Tuesday, May 5th at 9.15 a.m. The service can be watched via a live webcast (details below). A memorial service to celebrate his wonderful life, will be held at St Nicholas Church, Dereham when time permits.
