Mairead, my dear friend, you would laugh at me for being so sad. You always told me that "tomorrow will be better". You were the light that drove away the darkness, and I was the clown that made you laugh. We went all over the world together without leaving our rooms. We went through time. You were the brave Irish artist and I was your Viking companion. We met Leonardo and Christopher Wren. We explored caves and climbed mountains. We spent time with Cadfael and Sister Fidelma. You introduced me to Harry Clarke and Rupert Brooke. You loved George and I loved Paul...so that worked out just fine. You taught me so much. You made me a better person and I will miss you so. I always told you that your voice sounded like you were singing. I can still hear that song. I wish you and your family peace. Carol Christiansen Center Ossipee, NH
