passed away peacefully on 19th January 2021 aged 47. He will be missed by all family and friends. A funeral service will be held for Mark at West Herts Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd February 2021 followed by the committal. The service is private however the family have requested for donations to be made to a charity of your choice in Mark's memory. MARK SPICER
