Anne Hamilton-Clark Passed away peacefully on Monday 8th February aged 77. Born in Bristol she was the eldest of three with two brothers. Anne was always full of life and love for everyone and everything around her. She died peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her Son Lorien, daughter Rebecca and youngest brother Steven The family are holding a private funeral service. Family flowers only please.
