Heague William Richard - age 91 died peacefully on 1 November 2020. He fell at home early August and after a prolonged stay in hospital was moved to a nursing home near his family in Northampton. He led a fulfilled life having served 22 years in the British Army as a Physical Training Instructor. Whilst serving in the Army he was a sportsman in his own right winning many boxing, athletic and skiing events. Leaving the Army in 1968 he ran the WGC Ski Centre and later became Manager of the Gosling Stadium, WGC. He retired at 60 to pursue his hobbies of film making and playing the electronic organ. He leaves his 3 children Angeline, Veronica and Brian, 5 grandchildren and 6 (to be 8) great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed and always remembered. The funeral will take place on Thursday 19th November at Nene Valley Crematorium, Wellingborough, at 1.00pm.
